SHIPPING/HANDLING
CHARGES
Shipping and
handling charges are listed with each item's pricing information and are
not refundable in case of a return. Return shipping fees are the customers
responsibility. These costs apply to the 48 contiguous United States only.
Shipping and handling prices listed are for INSURED UPS GROUND SERVICE ONLY,
any other service will need additional charges depending on weight and area
shipped to via UPS. Any shipping damage claims must be filed with shipper.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
ALL CANCELLATIONS should be called in or emailed, at which time an order cancellation number will be issued and a credit will be issued on your account. If your order has been processed but not shipped a 15% restocking fee will apply. Should you decide that you wish to REFUSE receipt of an item legitimately ordered from us (which has already been processed and handled through our order and shipping departments) credit will be issued for the item, minus shipping charges and minus a 20 % restocking fee.
